Salam untuk semua, Kali ni saya nak perturunkan satu resipi baru. Recipi ini baik untuk kesihatan kerana cili ni mempunyai banyak khasiat, terutama cili hijau. Bagi pengusaha cili, boleh ambil cili dari pokok yang patah dahan akibat dari buah yang lebat. Tak lah membazir buahnya. Lagi pun kalau banyak sangat dahan patah, jual saja cili hijau kat pasar dan promote resipi baru ni. Lihat petikan artikle di bawah:-

The nutritional value of capsicums lies in their vitamin content. Vitamins A, C and E are present in sweet and hot chilli peppers, the sweet having particularly large amounts. As a matter of fact, 1 ounce of raw sweet pepper contains approximately 40 mg of Vitamin C, which is two thirds of the recommended daily intake of that vitamin. However, chilli peppers and sweet peppers lose their vitamin content when they are cooked or pickled, or if they are allowed to ripen too much. Scientists say that chillis add more than just flavour to the diet. Capsaicin stimulates the appetite, helps to clear the lungs, improves circulation and acts as a painkiller for rheumatoid arthritis sufferers. Capsaicin, once ingested, causes the brain to release endorphins into the bloodstream which can induce a natural feeling of well being similar to that achieved by long distance runners. If you ever wondered why long distance runners seem to enjoy running, just eat a few nice hot chillis and experience the feeling for yourself.

Bahan-bahan:- 10 biji cili hijau segar - dari pokok cili yang patah dahan 15 ml sos BUDU (fish sauce) 1/2 biji limau nipis 1 plate nasi "Bird of Paradise" - yang ni tanpa kanji Lauk-lauk sampingan yang lain seperti ikan temenung goreng, kuah asam pedas, dll Cara-cara:- 1. Asingkan buah cili hijau dari dahan pokok yang patah tu. 2. Basuh buah cili dan limau nipis serta bilas 3 kali. 3. Potong 2-3 biji cili hijau tadi nipis-nipis. 4. Masukkan sos budu ke dalam mangkuk kecil. 5. Perahkan asam limau nipis ke dalam mangkuk budu. 6. Gaulkan cili yang dah dipotong tadi ke dalam mangkuk. 7. Cili yang selebihnya dibuang tangkai dan letakkan dalam piring. 8. Hidangkan bersama dengan lauk ikan serta kuah asam pedas dan nasi. Sekarang, makan malam telah tersedia secara ala kadar.
